New setting for simplified checkout

Marketplaces now support a way to enable or disable simplified checkout (2-step checkout V2 flow).

Only Marketplace Managers have access to this new setting.

To enable simplified checkout:

• Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > SETTINGS | Billing Functionality.
• Scroll down to the Checkout section.
• Select the Simplified Checkout V2 flow check box.

We plan to decommission the standard checkout V2 flow (3-step flow) by September 2024. This setting may no longer be relevant after this update.
